Holiday Lodge and Caravan Law was established in 2022 by Ibraheem Dulmeer, a barrister specialising in the Holiday Lodge and Caravan sector.
I have developed a strong reputation in this specialist area, advising buyers, sellers, existing owners and site operators on a wide range of legal matters.
My approach is straightforward: clear, specialist advice tailored to your individual circumstances. I consider every matter on its own facts. Where possible, I work on an agreed fixed-fee basis, so you know what you will pay before the work begins.
I have also written about park home and holiday caravan law for a number of years, including contributions to Park Home & Holiday Caravan Magazine, Holiday Living and Just Lodges.
Whether you are considering buying a Holiday Lodge or Caravan, selling one, or dealing with a problem after purchase, my aim is to help you understand your legal position and identify the risks, so you can make informed decisions.
I am an Associate member of the British Holiday & Home Parks Association.
How I Can Help
I provide specialist legal advice and representation on Holiday Lodges, Caravans and residential park homes throughout England and Wales.
If you are thinking about buying a caravan or lodge, obtaining legal advice early can help you understand what you are agreeing to and spot potential problems before you commit. This may include issues affecting how the holiday home can be used, the terms of the agreement, site fees, restrictions and your ability to sell in the future.
If you already own a Holiday Lodge, Caravan or park home, I can advise you when problems arise. This includes disputes with site owners, contractual issues, pitch or site fees, consumer rights, site licensing and concerns about what you were told when you purchased.
I also advise site owners and operators on their legal rights and obligations, including disputes with Lodge or Caravan owners.
Where possible, I aim to resolve problems before they develop into costly litigation. If court or tribunal proceedings become necessary, I can advise on the appropriate strategy, draft the necessary documents and represent you at hearings.

I accept work in England and Wales, but not Scotland.
